Congratulations are in order for Monique Rodriguez co-founder of Mielle Organics. Today via Instagram their team announced a new partnership with Proctor & Gamble. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe are so excited to tell ya\u2019ll Mielle has joined P&G Beauty in another historic boss move for black-founded, women-led companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Monique\u2019s goal has always been global expansion so Mielle can better serve our mavens and mavericks around the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The P&G family is helping her to achieve this goal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Melvin and I will continue to lead Mielle with the focus on excellence, customer
